under the Civil Government, on

recasions when they may wish to leave the Colony, obtain previously through the Colonial Secretary the perniccion of the Officer Administering the Government.

& is also equally neeczny

that the Civil officers do not absent themselves care on duty from the City of Victoria on their usual residence during office hours without similar permission obtained, except on Sundays when it is not likely that their services will be required.
